Dubrovnik Sun Gardens is the ECNR 15^th Cycle Module 1 course venue.

• A block of rooms has been reserved at the Dubrovnik Sun Gardens with a special price for our participants.

• All participants will make their own reservations online via the link below on the hotel official page. Booking a reservation from the site is simple and only takes a few minutes. ESNR will not collect any payments related to Accommodation, all payments will be done directly to the Hotel.

• The above mentioned rates are per room, per night, on full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner included), VAT (currently at 13%) and WIFI included.
• City tax amounting to 8 Croatian KUNA (approx. 1,10€) per person / per night is not included in the rate. Delegates will be responsible for paying the City tax and all additional expenses upon check-out.
• Rates will be valid 3 days pre and 3 days post event. Any request for pre or post stays will be confirmed upon availability of the Hotel.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 for standard rooms and 16:00 for residences; check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
• Hotel Rooms are located in the Main Hotel building. Residences are located within the hotel property 5 to 10 mins walking distance from the meeting rooms.
• Cribs are available upon request.
• Free Wifi will be available throughout the hotel.
• Residence Room Types:

- one bedroom residence: one double bed and one pull out sofa bed (max two adults with one child)

- two bedroom residences: two king size beds or one king size bed and two twin beds (max four adults and one child).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION:

• Cancellation is free of charge if done up to 90 days before the arrival date.

• After this date the following penalties apply:

Cancellation penalty is 50 % of stay if cancelled up to 89 day before arrival date.

Cancellation penalty is 80 % of stay if cancelled from 88 to 58 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation penalty is 90 % of stay if cancelled from 57 to 5 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation penalty is 100 % of stay if cancelled from 4 to 0 days before the arrival date.
