Registration Rates:

Early bird rate: before and on 15^th August 2022

Regular Rate: after 15^th August 2022

•In case the course cannot take place at the planned dates, it will be postponed by 1-year.

•All participants and sponsors will either receive full refund or transfer their paid fees to 2023 event in case the event is postponed.

Registration includes:

• admission to the Hands - On Sessions
• all coffee breaks during the Scientific Program
• all lunches during the Scientific Program
• CME Credits (subject to confirmation by EACCME)

Carefully consider becoming ESNR member first. This can be done online here, takes only a few minutes and will give you a considerable discount on registration fee.

Cancellations should be received in writing by the ESNR Central Office via e-mail to info@esnr.org.

• Cancellations received before or on August 16^th, 2022 – eligible for full refund
• Cancellations received after August 17^h, 2022 – no refund

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the meeting, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Should you require a letter of invitation, please note that the processing time for the letter will be up to 1 week. Please make your request in advance, after you have completed the registration process.

In order to issue a letter of invitation please provide the following information:

• Copy of passport
• Institutional Address
• Personal Address
• Registration to the event

Please note that the letter of invitation will only be issued if required for the VISA application.
