Neuroradiology fellowship in the US

The Medical University of South Carolina Division of Neuroradiology has a one year fellowship position (PGY6) available beginning on July 1, 2015. Our program is ACGME accredited and complies with all ACGME requirements. Qualified applicants should have passed USMLE Step 1, 2 & 3 and have completed prior ACGME accredited training (PGY6 – previous ACGME accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency and clinical year training) or equivalent training, and be board-eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Fellows rotate through neuroradiology MRI, CT, imaging guided procedures, and neurointerventional radiology. The Division actively collaborates with multiple departments throughout the institution. This includes active participation in several interdepartmental conferences, in which multidisciplinary teams discuss and decide on further management of individual patients.

Our Neuroradiology Division is staffed by seven American Board of Radiology certified attending physicians. The division is equipped with state-of-the-art advanced imaging equipment including dual source multi-detector CT scanners and 3 Tesla MRI scanners.
