ESNR has reserved a block of rooms at The Crowne Plaza Porto Hotel (course venue) with a special price for our participants.

• The above mentioned rates are per room, per night
• Breakfast, VAT (currently at 6%), one bottle of mineral water, tea & coffee facilities in the room, free wi-fi connection, free access to fitness center is inculuded in the above mentioned rates
• City tax (currently 2€ per person, per day) is not included in the above mentioned rates
• Check in is from 14:00 and check out time is latest by 12:00
• All participants can make their own reservations by completing the reservation form and sending to the hotel. The form can be downloaded from the link below.
• ESNR will not collect any payments related to accommodation, all payments will be done directly to the Hotel.
• ESNR does not take responsibility for hotel bookings, the booking contract will be between the participant and the hotel

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made until 2^nd December 2023 - no penalty

Cancellations/Reductions made between 3^rd December 2023 and the arrival date – reservation will be charged to the provided credit card for the whole stay
