Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be received in writing by the ESNR Central Office via e-mail to info@esnr.org.

• Cancellations received before or on 31^st January 2023 – full refund
• Cancellations received after 31^st January 2023– no refund

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Course, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
