ESNR has reserved a block of rooms at The Estrel Hotel Berlin (course venue) with a special price for our participants.

• The above mentioned rates are per room, per night, VAT, service charges and WIFI included
• Breakfast is charged with an additional 22 € per day per person
• All participants can make their own reservations online via the link below on the hotel official page. Booking a reservation from the site is simple and only takes a few minutes. ESNR will not collect any payments related to Accommodation, all payments will be done directly to the Hotel.
• ESNR does not take responsibility for hotel bookings, the booking contract will be between the participant and the hotel

Cancellation policy:

• Hotel room reservations may be cancelled or the duration of stay shortened up until 4 weeks prior to arrival date without penalty. Afterwards a cancellation fee in the amount of 80% of the contracted room rate, per room, per night, may apply. This penalty applies to all the nights and rooms cancelled after cancellation deadline. It also may apply to rooms cancelled as a result of shortening the duration of one’s stay.
