ESNR has reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Lev (Vošnjakova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana) with a special price for our participants.

• The above mentioned rates are per room, per night, VAT, service charges and WIFI included. Breakfast is also included in this rate.
• City tax: €3.13 per person per night is not included.
• All participants can make their own reservations online via the link below on the hotel official page. Booking a reservation from the site is simple and only takes a few minutes. ESNR will not collect any payments related to Accommodation, all payments will be done directly to the Hotel.
• ESNR does not take responsibility for hotel bookings, the booking contract will be between the participant and the hotel

Cancellation policy:

• Until 16:00 three days before the day of arrival of the guest, the cancellation is free.

If the reservation is cancelled after 16:01 three (3) days before arrival until 18:00 one (1) day before arrival of the guest, it is necessary to pay the cancellation fee in the amount of one day stay. 

If the reservation is cancelled after 18:01 one (1) day before the arrival of the guest, the cancellation fee must be paid in the amount of the entire stay.
