The ESNR Spine Neuroradiology Subspecialty Committee is delighted to announce that, with support of the ESNR Executive Committee, we can offer:


Training objective

Technical and professional content (knowledge and skills) specific to Spinal Interventional Neuroradiology

Acquisition of technical-professional skills

Participants will be able to acquire skills and abilities in spinal column interventions under fluoroscopy & CT guided technique


Daily theoretical discussion of cases and hands-on CT-Xray guided trials on anthropomorphic phantoms

Fellowship period: 6 months, from January to December, excluding August and local holidays

Number of Fellows per year: Two participants, one for each dedicated Center, one in Catania/IT, the other in Grenoble/FR

Hours of formation: 6h/day, 720 h total

Fellowship requirement: At the end of the Fellowship, at least 1 paper should be submitted to Neuroradiology about Spinal Interventional Procedures

Fellowship grant

12.500 Euros for each fellowship (first month EUR 2'500, subsequently monthly payments of EUR 2'000. Taxes are a matter of the recipient. If the fellowship interrupted, payments will be discontinued)

• Insurance valid for the foreign country

• Selection will be performed by the ESNR Spine Neuroradiology Subspecialty Committee and announced in July. The Fellowship is to commence in the same year.
