Registration Information:

Registration is open with the early bird rates until 15^th August 2021. ESNR is proud to offer such low rates to support the Neuroradiology community during these difficult times.

Registration includes:

• Admission to the Scientific Sessions
• Online access to e-posters
• Online access to session recordings (from 6^th October to 30^th November 2021)
• Certificate of attendance
• CME Credits (subject to filling in the evaluation form until 15^th November 2021)

Carefully consider becoming ESNR member first. This can be done online here, takes only a few minutes and will give you a considerable discount on registration fee

Online Attendance:

Online attendance will be available on Morressier platform. Participants will receive access info by email prior to the meeting. Please make sure your ESNR account is updated with your current email address. Onsite participants will also receive access to the online meeting platform.

Session Recordings:

Recordings of all lectures will be available from October 6^th to November 30^th for all participants attending the meeting, online or onsite.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations should be received in writing by the ESNR Central Office via e-mail to info@esnr.org.

• Cancellations received before or 15 August 2021 – eligible for full refund
• Cancellations received after 15 August, 2021– no refund

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Should you require a letter of invitation, please note that the processing time for the letter will be up to 1 week. Please make your request in advance, after you have completed the registration process.

In order to issue a letter of invitation please provide the following information:

• Copy of passport
• Institutional Address
• Personal Address
• Registration to the event

Please note that the letter of invitation will only be issued if required for the VISA application.
