Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by August 28, 2015. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION

Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

The total amount of due for the stay and a reservation fee of 20,00 (VAT 22% included) will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking.

AIM GROUP International will issue an invoice for the charged amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM GROUP International
AIM GROUP International reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

- Before August 17 2015:
only reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept?? and the remaining amount will be refunded

- Before September 1 2015:
one night accommodation will be kept?? and the remaining amount will be refunded

- From September 2 2015:
No refund

- No show (cancellation within 48 hours from check-in date), amendments and cancellations after September 2 2015:
No refund

Please Note:
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.

NAPLES CITY TAX

Naples City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Naples.

Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:
• € 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
• € 3,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
• € 2,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels
