1) an application form filled in with your personal data, signed by a Full Member of the ESNR willing to act as a sponsor for you, and by your National Delegate;

2) a brief curriculum vitae, stating also that you spend more than half of your working time in the practice of neuroradiology;

3) a proof of at least two years of formal training in neuroradiology certified by a Full Member of the ESNR.

If you do not fulfil these requirements, you can apply for Associate Membership, and just present the application form with a short CV.

Application forms should be COMPLETELY filled in and signed by the applicant, the sponsor and the National Delegates (where applicable). Applications where signatures are missing or which do not include the relevant documents will not be considered.

Please send by mail your application form together will ALL the requested documents to the ESNR Central Office by the end of July every year, as all application will have to be first examined by the Membership Committee and then approved by the ESNR General Assembly held every year in September; you will receive communication concerning your application soon after that.

The membership fees (Euro 140 a year for Full Members - 120 for Associate Members) will include the subscription to Neuroradiology, official organ of the ESNR, printed by Springer Verlag, and a reduction of the registration fees at the ESNR annual congress.

In the first year of membership, delivery of "Neuroradiology" will start approx. in May; after that the journal will be delivered every month.
